Guidelines for all types of talk presentations

Keynote, Invited or Oral

Prepare your presentation in .pptx format in Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or a newer
version with 16:9 ratio slides.
Name your presentation with the capital letters KN (keynote lecturer), IS (invited speaker), or OP (oral presentation) followed by an underscore and your full name.

e.g., KN_MihailoPupin.pptx, IS_MilevaMaric.pptx, or OP_NikolaTesla.pptx, respectively.

Guidelines for both types of poster presentations

ePoster or ePoster with Flash Talk

Prepare your ePoster in .pptx format in Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or a newer version.
The ePoster should only include 2 slides. We recommend the following slide structure:

Slide 1: Title, author(s), and affiliation(s)
Slide 2: Introduction, objective(s), materials, and methods /
methodology, results, and conclusion(s).

Your slides should be in 16:9 ratio and in landscape orientation. Name your poster with the capital letter P followed by an underscore and your full name - e.g., P_NikolaTesla.pptx
The same is valid for ePoster presentation with Flash Talk, except that you should
name your poster with the capital letters FT (Flash Talk) followed by an underscore
and your full name - e.g., FT_NikolaTesla.pptx
