Abstract submission for the BelBi2025 Conference is now open!
The submitter will be required to create a new user account in order to submit an abstract. Please note that even if you have submitted in previous years, you will need to create a new user account.
After logging in, select “Call for Abstracts” and then “Submit New Abstract” to begin your submission. Ensure that you thoroughly read and follow the submission instructions. Once you have completed the form, click “Submit.” You will receive a confirmation email with your submission details and a link to view your abstract in PDF format. Edits can be made until the submission deadline via your Indico account.

Preparing an Abstract for Submission
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Ensure your abstract is free from spelling, grammar, and scientific errors, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
- Revisions will not be accepted after the submission deadline.
Title: The title should be concise and informative, with a maximum of 20 words (use sentence case)
Authors: A maximum of 15 authors per abstract is permitted. Provide the family name, first name, and affiliation(s) (full institution name, city, country) and email address of each author.
Content: The abstract body should be up to 350 words. Use italics for emphasis (e.g., Latin names, gene/protein names). Avoid bold, underlined text, footnotes, references, and excessive abbreviations. The abstract should clearly present the study’s rationale, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions in complete sentences, using active verbs in the past tense.
Keywords: You may enter up to five keywords, separated by commas.
